From the 9th Annual Shorty Awards Best Media Buying Strategy on a Shoe-String

This award honors campaigns with the most effective media buying strategies on a shoe-string budget across platforms including social, mobile and video. Media spend budget must be less than $100,000. Programmatic strategies are eligible for this award.
