@TeamTarget is Target's team member Instagram channel. It's created by team members, for team members, but available for public viewing. Its mission? To leverage one of the retailer's greatest assets—the stories of 300,000+ team members—to show Target is a meaningful place to work. It shares slices of work life and snapshots of Target culture, and creates community using #WeAreTarget.

Our goal at the outset of this project was to share 1-2 original posts daily, five days a week, in line with Target's business and communications objectives. We've met that goal. We're on track to reach 5K followers by the end of March 2017 and 10K followers by end of January 2018.
