A feature film release of Mufasa: The Lion King calls for activating a “live-action” creator marketing strategy featuring cat creators! 

Strategy and Execution

Aaron's Animals is a creator series documenting the life of Aaron and his adventures with his British shorthair cat Prince Michael. 

Aaron and Michael were stratgecially tasked with a special challenge: to bring back their film sequence content style that they had done in years past to recreate their unique take on the cub and hippo sequence as seen in the Mufasa: The Lion King official trailer. 

 

Results

This single creator asset - posted across multiple platforms in December - is continuing to reach domestic and international audiences, and generated viral results that are comparable to scaled, multi-creator campaigns! As of Febuary 2025, Mufasa: The Lion King has reached $671 million in global ticket sales.
