Saylor was hired in 2023 as the AOR for Disney Studio’s TikTok (@DisneyStudios), overseeing creative, strategy, and execution for the brand.
The challenge: Create a TikTok experience that is on-trend and aligns with the platform while feeling wholly Disney and true to the iconic brand.

Our team’s strategy has been to create authentic content that spoke to Disney audiences of all ages. We tapped into both new titles as well as timeless classics to create content that audiences would want to engage and connect with as well as share with their followers.
The account as a whole has seen tremendous growth, gaining over 9.3M new followers, accumulating 304M+ total video views, and reaching an audience of over 232M+ in 2023 alone.
One of our highest-performing posts was a Christopher Robin carousel that utilized a trending audio clip and hashtag coupled with an iconic quote. Audiences fell in love with the emotional piece of content which told a whole story in just two frames and seven words. Simple, yet heartwrenching, the post brought many to tears and garnered over 831.8K+ likes and 3.3K+ comments.
