Objectives

We believe that life is more fun when you play, and our Instagram feed highlights the ways Logitech G helps gamers #KeepPlaying. We share gaming setups, product highlights, content from our community, and more to show gamers how Logitech G helps inspire play.

Strategy and Execution

Our strategy focuses on a culture of continuous improvement, where we trial new ideas and double down on what resonates with our community. Our content mix includes highlighting community generated content, exciting new products, and engaging giveaways to thank our followers for being part of the community. Community generated content is a great way to show fans and followers of Logitech G we appreciate them sharing their love of gaming and our products with their followers, and encourage the community to share their photos with #MyLogitechG.

Results

At the end of 2018, we had just over 800,000 followers. By the end of 2019, we had 1,954,261. We hit 1 million followers on February 2019, and hit 2 million In January 2020. This is a 141.94% YoY increase. The community generated content we are sharing on the platform is generating some of the highest engagement on the channel, and several of these individual posts have broken 100k engagement.
