In the Fall of 2019, Fullscreen teamed up with Giving Tuesday to create an amplified social good donations campaign. Giving Tuesday Powered by Fullscreen harnessed the power of Fullscreen Creators, their fans, and the company's own employee base, to amplify Giving Tuesday's message of doing good and giving back..
To support the campaign, Fullscreen created an interactive, one-stop website where fans were able to donate to any of the 10 national nonprofit organizations being championed by Giving Tuesday Powered By Fullscreen and the creators.
In addition to donations, the site also enabled fans to gain more information on all of the featured nonprofit organizations and learn about the work they were doing. Fans could keep track of their creator's progress and cheer on their team.
Fullscreen created a unique way of engaging Gen Y and Gen Z consumers and leveraging their dedication and passion for social good.
Fullscreen set out to elevate the power of passionate fan bases and use it to bring awareness and resources to nonprofit organizations across the country. We made a measurable difference for all of the organizations we partnered with and were able to create a space for digital citizenship amongst fans.
Over the course of Giving Tuesday Powered by Fullscreen, more than 40 participants joined and created their own campaign on the platform.
Over $15,000 was raised for 10 different national Non-profits: Amnesty International, Charity:Water, DonorsChoose.org, Girls Who Code, Headcount, Love is Louder, Make-A-Wish, Team Rubicon, The Trevor Project, and the World Wildlife Fund.
