As the war on talent has become even more difficult in 2022, there was a desire to amplify Cox Enterprises in the Atlanta market as THE Employer of Choice for general talent, as well as tech-related talent. 

Strategy and Execution

Cox Ideabar developed a two-fold campaign for Cox Enterprises around brand awareness in the Atlanta market and direct action to drive website visits and applications to the Careers at Cox website, targeting general and tech-related talent. Real employees were shown in various locations around Atlanta that would resonate with local viewers, while the language used spoke directly to potential tech employees. 


The results of the camapign performance on social media or website banners have not yet been tallied, but the success from a client's needs were exceeded. 

Cox Ideabar expanded the original request to develop a simple, yet effective, campaign in the Atlanta market by creating a saturation approach in social media posts, website and mobile ad banners, and emails to candidates during peak times.
