Nissan - Your Door to More Video Contest

The all-new Versa Note doesn't come with a hatch, it comes with a door to more of what you love. To bring this concept to life, we decided to give the passionate users of Vine and Instagram (the hottest social video apps in the known universe) more of what they love, EXPOSURE. We created the “Your Door To More" video contest and asked people to create videos about the stuff they love starring the Versa Note. After 300+ entries, our three winning entries were showcased in in a National TV commercial. Mashable named it as one of three finalists for the Mashies “Best Branded Vine."We successfully encouraged people to create highly personal content around the launch of a new car model, resulting in the very first national TV commercial to leverage fan-sourced Instagram and Vine videos. Connecting participants to their passions and showcasing them in a meaningful way makes this contest unique and very social specific.
