Objective

As Lainey Wilson ascended to become the defining voice of country music in 2025, Verizon transcended the role of a traditional sponsor. While the "Whirlwind" tour offered a platform for ticket access, our mission was deeper: to bridge the gap between digital connectivity and physical wonder. We knew that for superfans, a ticket is a transaction, but an experience is a memory that builds lifelong brand loyalty.

So we manifested the music by turning a literal song lyric into a physical activation, giving fans a direct line to their idol’s world.

 

Strategy

Fans desire more than just tickets. They crave immersion—a bridge between the songs they love and the moments they live.

To prove that Verizon Access delivers the unforgettable moments, we transformed Lainey’s hit single, "Call-A-Cowboy," into a living, 5G-powered reality. In the heart of Nashville, we installed a custom phone booth at Lainey’s iconic "Bell Bottoms Up" bar. When fans stepped inside, they weren't just making a call; they were entering a portal. Powered by the Verizon network, fans received an intimate, personal message from Lainey, which served as the catalyst for a cinematic payoff.

The lyrics to Lainey’s record manifested on the streets of Broadway. Real-life cowboys on horseback appeared to escort stunned fans through the city's neon heart directly to the concert gates. This wasn't just a stunt; it was a flawlessly choreographed fusion of technology and tradition.

 

Results

The resulting social campaign turned these raw, authentic reactions into a more than generated affinity for Verizon. Generating over 1.4M impressions and an extraordinary 69% net positive sentiment, the campaign proved that when a brand stops "interrupting" the culture and starts "creating" it, the audience doesn't just watch—they believe.
