The main goal of Two Idiot Girls is to inspire listeners to laugh together. The goal for Two Idiot Girls is to have relatable and authentic content that really speaks to how sisters and friends speak to each other in their daily lives.
Drew and Deison really lean into making sure their audience is heard. In the show’s infancy, Drew and Deison did have to rely on their own personal stories a lot more but the show has evolved into an amazing and collaborative effort with the help of their loyal fans who feel a part of a group of girlfriends.
The shift from only Drew and Deison sharing their stories to now having a highly engaged audience who want to share their stories is a marker of the show’s impact and success. Every week the show receives between 100-300 submissions from fans for that week's topic. The Two Idiot Girls show also did a 4-stop live tour in Jan 2023 with over 350+ tickets sold for event and was sponsored by Smashbox Cosmetics.
The podcast began at the start of 2022 and, in just over a year, garnered over 40K listeners between Audio platforms and YouTube views combined. Collaborating with other podcasts such as Two Hot Takes helped open up their audience traffic and boosted viewership. Brand partnerships include ZocDoc, Nuly, Better Help, Bud Light, Tinder, and Manscaped.
