Our objective was to introduce Ohza's new line of canned Red and White Fizzy Sangria featuring Joe Jonas.
To do this we conceptualized an idea that would give us both a long form commercial video and multiple shorter social media spots, each with the ability to be released as individual segments, giving our client a comprehensive campaign and flexibility to be distributed throughout various media outlets including but not limited Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube etc (print / digital).
Our goal was to capture the audience through the use of strong and colorful visuals as well as our talent's charming personality, sense of comedic timing, and million dollar smile.
Our strategy was to introduce Ohza - fizzy, canned sangria to the world through Joe Jonas, the official spokesperson by creating a brand specific, sailor version of Joe.,... Sailor Joe.
To do this, we wrote a series of comedic scripts, all existing within a controlled environment, through which we were able to create a variety of different commercials each highlighting the key aspects of Ohza’s convenience and refreshing taste.
We were able to adapt the talent's comedic style with the brand's commercial needs while keeping it fresh and engaging.
The biggest obstacles across the board stemmed from the limited time that we had with our talent, while balancing a full campaign for both video and stills across multiple product lines.
The content we created has garnered over 40 million impressions in a variety of press and social media amplification. Social engagement with the Ohza brand has skyrocketed and the product is now available in major retail stores. The video has accumulated over 25 million views.
