Objectives

The Try Guys have aimed to created a podcast network featuring various personalities with their company of family and friends. During the restrictions of quarantine, the team found creative ways to pivot their production to focus on more accessible forms of digital content, like podcasts! They introduced two new shows to their network, You Can Sit With Us, featuring They Try Guys partner's and Baby Steps, a parenting podcast featuring Ned & Ariel. These in conjuction with their original podcast "The Try Pod" work together to create "The Try Pod(s)" network. 

Strategy and Execution

With this project The Try Guys aimed to reach a new audience of subscribers across all of our podcasting platforms and have seen great success so far. They wanted to tap into shows that would address different segements of their audience. With a female lead and focused cast behind the launch of "You Can Sit With Us" and a parenting perspective behind "Baby Steps," they're doing just that. 

Results

So far all of The Try Guys new podcasts have helped to strengthen the network of subscribers across their platforms. You Can Sit With Us has seen great success on YouTube, with some of their episodes hitting over 1M views in a week and surpassing some of the original TryPod episodes in view count, brigning in new subsribers to all of their shows. Baby steps has seen a lot of success creating a strong parenting community across various platforms. The parents in their audience, whether their first-timers or seasoned veterans are dedicated susbcribers who actively engage in the content and seek out advice from Ned & Ariel.
