From the 8th Annual Shorty Awards Viner of the Year

The Viner of the Year Shorty Award honors the best creators of Vine videos who are able to use Vine to its highest potential. The short form video app has changed the game for web content by provoking a new type of artist. These video mavericks rise to the challenge; they not only make high quality content that viewers watch on repeat, but artfully craft vines that entertain a worldwide audience all within six seconds.
