Objectives

Chris Young is a chef and scientist. He was the head development chef for Heston Blumenthal at the Fat Duck restaurant and is the coauthor of the James Beard Award-winning books Modernist Cuisine. He founded the companies ChefSteps and Combustion, where he created the Joule sous vide circulator and the Combustion Predictive Thermometer.
