Rachael is the Managing Director of social strategy at VML and has spent over a decade leading social departments and strategy across the agency, brand, and nonprofit sectors. Her last gig was launching and growing the digital offering for a startup agency (during a pandemic, no less!) and she was previously a VP/director of social strategy at Digitas North America. She spent the early part of her career leading social for healthcare nonprofit organizations like Active Minds and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Rachael is a champion of team growth, mentorship, and influence, with a penchant for elevating, expanding, and merchandising an agency’s social capabilities. She is a Clio Award winner in social and a multi-time juror for the Shorty Awards.
