Stef Silva is a Madrid-based designer, cultural researcher, and the founder and creative director of Invisible. Her practice draws on design, cultural theory, strategic foresight, and speculative methods, grounded in a critical stance on the impact design, business, and technology have on society and nature. She works with organizations to help them transform through new narratives, strategic models, and new forms of value — drawing on the sensitivity and creative processes that design and art offer to reframe and mutate the business world. In 2023 and 2026, Forbes named her one of the most creative people in business, and she was recognized as one of Spain's 40 most influential futurists in both 2021 and 2022. Alongside her practice, Stef teaches at several universities and educational institutions internationally.
