With an audience of over 400 million users, we knew that Instagram Stories was the perfect platform for transforming the car shopping experience and giving fans a close-up look at the new G70. Allowing users to build on their favorite, mobile-first social platform, our Stories configurator is a true industry first. One that features beautiful CG environments and an inventive UX flow designed to keep users captivated and eager to explore the G70 on the Genesis website.
Social sentiment was overwhelmingly positive, and the results of a short media flight blew away our expectations. By the numbers: 7.9 million impressions, 2.5 million clickthroughs to Genesis.com and a 1,470% increase over our average CTR.
