The Samsung Frame TV is designed to be more than just another TV. It's a television when it's on, and art when it's off. The Frame transforms any space by showcasing over 750 unique pieces of professionally curated art.
But for many people, fine art can seem unattainable—something that doesn't belong in your own home. To dispel that myth, we partnered with the world renowned agency Magnum Photos to show the world that art belongs in any space designed to inspire, and can be part of your every day.
We partnered with the world-renowned photographers at Magnum to create a collection exclusive to the Samsung Art Store. The brief? To capture the beauty they find in everyday things. Together we created the The Fine Art Every Day Collection.
We told the story behind the artwork with the same craft as its creation, through cinematic short documentaries, giving viewers an intimate look into the artistic process of celebrated photographers: Jonas Bendiksen and David Alan Harvey. Each photographer takes us through their journey of finding beauty as they explore the notion of Fine Art Every Day. These 2 beautifully crafted films give viewers an inside look into their artistic sensibilities, styles, and attitudes, giving yet another angle of accessibility into the world of fine art.
We rolled out the films and photographs over the course of a month, one photo a day by the respective photographer on their own social channels and Magnum's channels. In total, we put the Fine Art Everyday collection on display for a combined audience of over 4 million people, getting the attention of extraordinary publications like National Geographic.
