Winners Announced for the 10th Annual Shorty Impact Awards

New York, November 18, 2025 - The Shorty Impact Awards today announced the winners of its 10th annual program, celebrating a decade of creativity with purpose at a live ceremony held at The Belasco Theater in Los Angeles.

This year’s winners represent ten years of progress, creativity, and purpose. Notable winners include The Asian American Foundation, UNICEF, GoFundMe, Blue Marine Foundation, Tony’s Chocolonely, Frida, Chime, Edelman, Weber Shandwick, Authentic Campaigns, VCCP, Supergood, FlyteVu, Mango Creative Co., Principles, FINN Partners, Publicis LeOne & Vox Creative, and Hopeful Monsters. The evening also celebrated the 2025 Creators of the Year, honoring creators who are using their platforms for the greater good, including Smosh, Xyla Foxlin, Jordan and Salish Matter, Hafu Go, CatG. (Catherine Goetze), and Silicon Valley Girl (Marina Mogilko).

“This year marked not just a celebration of incredible work, but of a decade-long movement,” said Junmian Sun, Managing Director of the Shorty Impact Awards. “The Impact Awards were founded to spotlight those using their influence for good, and ten years later, the impact is undeniable. The work and talent honored tonight have turned creativity into action, and influence into impact, across every corner of culture.”

Over the past decade, the Shorty Impact Awards have become a leading platform for recognizing work that blends creativity with purpose, honoring global brands, agencies, and nonprofits that drive impact through digital storytelling.

ABOUT THE SHORTY AWARDS

The Shorty Awards (also known as “The Shortys”) honors the most innovative work in digital and social media by brands, agencies and organizations.

Founded in 2008, the Shortys’ notable previous winners include Malala Yousafzai, Trevor Noah, Michelle Obama, Conan O’Brien, Lady Gaga, Lizzo, and brands such as MTV Entertainment Studios & Paramount, Digitas, HBO, Meta, Airbnb, Honda, UNICEF and PepsiCo.

The Shortys’ mission is to celebrate, inspire and push the boundaries of excellence in digital storytelling. Entries are judged on the merits of creativity, strategy, and engagement by the Real Time Academy, a body of hand-selected industry experts and leaders. The public can also weigh in and select their favorite Shorty Awards contenders during Audience Honor Voting.

Currently, the Shortys have two annual competitions, the flagship Shorty Awards and Shorty Impact Awards dedicated to honoring the best work with a positive social impact.
