Whether they’re layering beats and vocals, doing brilliant covers, or creating instrument inception -- they’re using six seconds of music unlike you’ve ever heard it before. These musicians are talented mix makers and also creative geniuses. Not only are they changing the music game, they’re doing it on specifically on Vine and you WANT to hear their tunes on repeat! Nominate your favorite #VineMusician for the Shorty Award.

This category will have 7 finalists. These include 3 with the most nominations from the public, 3 chosen by the Shorty Awards Nominating Board made up of professional journalists from around the world, and 1 Wildcard Finalist. See our rules page for more info.
