Starbucks Rewards members are obsessed with earning Gold status. So for the launch of the new Starbucks Rewards loyalty program we decided to give everyone a taste of the Gold life by awarding everyone automatic gold status with just one purchase. Our challenge was to leverage Snapchat to raise awareness for the launch of the new loyalty program and the automatic gold status promotion.
We decided to literally bring the promise of automatic gold status to life with a custom branded lens that literally turned your world gold. The branded lens promoted the new Starbucks Rewards and played a key role in the overall social campaign that celebrated the #goldlife that customers could enjoy as Starbucks Rewards members.
