After 12 years, Nordic restaurateur, author, and internationally acclaimed chef René Redzepi is now able to realize the restaurant he’s been working towards. A leader in the foraging movement, René is closing world-renowned restaurant Noma at the end of 2016 in favor of a Copenhagen-based dynamic urban farm.
