Samantha Lee has turned plating food into an Instagram success. She started making “food art" to inspire her eldest daughter to try new foods, posting the photos online. Now, over a half a million followers watch Samantha create whimsical, intricate food creations, like roasted corncobs resembling Minions and Mr. T made from rice, salmon, seaweed, and beans. In 2015, she started making special plates for Total Wireless and partnered for the #ShareAMeal campaign with Unilever, who donates one free meal for every like or comment she receives on her Instagrams. Samantha’s “art that looks good enough to eat" has been featured in BuzzFeed, InStyle, and People Magazine.
