Former Editor-in-Chief of Women’s Health and now EIC of Yahoo! Health, Michele Promaulayko is admittedly a hater of cardio, so she created a strength-training program and a mindful-eating plan in her book 20 Pounds Younger, to reduce stress while also losing weight, hence the title. Unlike some other fitness gurus on social media, Michele doesn’t take herself too seriously posting things like, “Zombies are the only men who will love you for your brain," in between articles on Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy or gluten. She uses Instagram and Twitter to check in on her health goals and get others to hold themselves accountable too.
