Game Grumps was started by the animator Arin Hanson and his musician friend Daniel Avidan, from comedy duo Ninja Sex Party. The two do their own version of “Let’s Play" videos, letting the conversation while gaming go anywhere it wants, and then they take this conversation and animate it to make hilarious YouTube videos, sometimes reaching more than 3 million views and it is the fourth largest gaming channel in North America. In 2015, they launched an additional channel, GrumpOut, to house all their more non-gaming content, performed on the #BringBackMST3k livestream, and went on Good Mythical Morning to talk about their next projects.
