Stemming from his TEDx talk “Raising a Child of Possibility," his #possibility experiment encouraged people of the three OTA states—North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota—to be innovative and creative to get their work out nationally. His pro-Montessori campaign #FollowTheChild now asks his 84k followers to encourage their children to lead.
