Strategy and Execution

Over the last 6+ years, we have launched and maintained Disney brand, film, franchise, and character communities with a variety of content offerings. This year, we focused on more sophistication in both content production as well as the audience targeting side, with an eye toward making sure the best possible content is reaching the most interested guests. We publish across the network around 50 times per day, with different communities having cadences based on interest and content availability. While we may not respond in text to all Guests, we stay up-to-date on conversations and try to match these properties to the zeitgeist in Disney-feeling ways. The goal of each post is to inject a little magic into the feed for our Guests.
