Our objective was to build awareness of AdventHealth and our Feel Whole promise. Specifically:
AdventHealth believes that caring for your mind and spirit along with your body can have a transformative effect on your health. So we decided to prove it, by challenging people to take small steps to improving how they feel.
We created a calendar of simple, daily challenges, grounded in physical, emotional and spiritual health, and spanning 21-days (a time period commonly associated with forming a new habit). Each task was designed to be scalable for any consumer, regardless of their age, physical state or lifestyle. And provided enough flexibility to give people control over how and when they completed the task. Examples included “drinking more water,” “organizing a space that causes you stress” and “trying a new exercise.” We also included a prompt to “make a preventative health appointment,” reinforcing the role of healthcare providers in a person’s overall health.
By empowering people to take health into their own hands and showing them the value of engaging with their health even when they’re well, we would position AdventHealth as a partner for feeling whole every day, instead of simply a place to go when they’re sick.
Our innovative use of radio, digital and social media led to massive reach and engagement across key audiences:
We saw lifts in both Ad Awareness and Brand Awareness across key channels and markets:
Most importantly, we helped people across the AdventHealth footprint to change their habits, be more mindful, and take accountability for their health. And we proved that with the right tools and motivation, they had the power to Feel Whole.
