Objectives

Cassidy Brettler is the Social Media Diva for Boloco, a Boston-based group of 18 restaurants located throughout New England that serve traditional and globally inspired burritos, bowls, salads, smoothies, and shakes using a blend of bold, inspiring and often unexpected ingredients. She is responsible for monitoring social media around the Boloco brand and all 18 locations - and growing. Boloco's digital strategy is to respond and engage with everyone who talks about the brand online - from blogs to social media sites like Twitter and Facebook. She develops and creates content for the Boloco YouTube channel.Cassidy is tireless. Not only does she produce content and strive to engage the Boloco community, she is the front line for all digital customer service issues. This can be really rewarding (when people get engaged in your restaurant and you get to help them celebrate and spread the news) to really challenging (dealing with a very dissatisfied guest who is raging via Twitter or Facebook). Cassidy handles all of this with an upbeat attitude, never skipping a beat. She is tethered to her mobile device and responds to all Boloco fans day and night. She also manages her own personal channels. In fact, she has chosen to be the Super Bowl social media correspondent for the OCNN — the Ochocinco News Network. It leaves us wondering, does Cassidy ever sleep?
