How did a 169 year old company transform itself into one of the most desirable places to work?
For the 14th consecutive year, PwC has been named to Fortune's 2018 "100 Best Companies to Work For" list! PwC is proud of the journey we've taken toward improved flexibility, diversity and inclusion and work-life balance offerings in the fourteen years we've been on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list.
Although some reasons we made the list include perks like: unlimited sick days, student loan repayment, paid sabbaticals and flexibility, we think our people are what make working here truly special.
We're a large firm that was founded 160 years ago. We're down to business and not famous for telling the stories of our people...YET. In an effort to improve our storytelling and personalize our firm of 50,000 people we've created a series highlighting individuals telling the impactful, personal stories that celebrate our differences and bring to life the flexibility and people-oriented culture that make PwC such an attractive place to work. The video series is being shared internally among our people, as well as externally, on our social media channels.
