Showing employee accomplishments and spreading the word about a small family owned and operated chain of convenience stores in Kentucky, Ohio, West Virgnia, and Florida.

Strategy and Execution

As a growing, family owned and operated chain of convenience stores, our strategy is to showcase team accomplishments, advertise monthly promotions, praise team members and locations for a job well done, encourage customers to get to know our team members, and show examples of our community contributions.

We pride ourselves on being on the cusp of our industries latest and greatest technology. We offer apple pay at the pump, online food ordering, a mobile app, kiosk self-ordering, and we accept mobile coupons.

There is not a large pool of convenience stores on social media, we try to make our page stand out by showcasing our employees, we consider them all family and we are proud of their accomplishments in their work life and personal life.




Results

Our objectives over the last year were to grow a respectable social media following. We accomplished this and our following exploded over the last year. We have over 6,000 facebook page likes, 6,700 mobile app users, and 650 instagram followers.
