In America today, people not living in the 1% are falling through the cracks. People are financially, emotionally and physically stressed out. And they're angry. Consumers have lost trust in the banking industry, and even banking employees are scratching their heads too. As the year began in 2016, Bank stocks continued to fall, as did consumer confidence. Against this, one bank decided to lead with purpose, and do something to change the dialogue and tone, hoping to bring optimism and confidence back to banking.
