Our goal for this campaign was to shift the perception of Marriott Bonvoy with next-gen travelers, positioning the brand as multi-faceted, unique, having a point of view, and “has something just right for me.” We wanted the work to convey to Zennial audiences how Marriot Bonvoy can help them become the “main character” of their lives; live with authenticity, yearn for something beyond the expected, and be part of a community.
To meet our objectives, we created a personalized trip creator. It is a highly visual, interactive "this or that" quiz experience that gauges travel interests based on key personality traits. Users are prompted with questions, and the quiz generates destinations, neighborhoods, and Marriott Bonvoy portfolio properties and experiences tailored to their responses on an engaging, shareable results page. The quiz empowers travelers to create a journey that matches their invidivual interests and travel styles.
