Holiday shopping is stressful. Every retailer is running sales, which makes it hard to keep up or keep track of what you’re buying and where. And while Walmart absolutely dominates groceries, we needed to show shoppers they could also do all their other holiday shopping here too. So we had to create content that showed off all the hottest gifts we had and make people say “Wait, THAT’S from Walmart?!” <Clicks Shop now>

Strategy and Execution

We went beyond the expected Gift Guides and created social content that stopped you in your scroll. We put amazing brands front and center, used mesmerizing TikTok tricks, & bumped earworm-worthy tracks that stood out from the holiday standards. With plenty of shoppable placements, Walmart made finding really good gifts easier than ever.


Turns out "Really Good Gifts" got really good results. Video completion rates were +42% over benchmark on Facebook and Instagram. Snapchat conversion rates were +176% over benchmark. The engagement rate for Walmart's fashion products were +92% over benchmark and +68% for tech products.
