We all know the classic tale of Romeo & Juliet, so the challenge was an innovative and new way of introducing audiences to the NEW Juliet in one short video. As & Juliet was gearing up to come to Broadway, we knew we had to show that this was not your grandmother’s Shakespearean tragedy. Instead, it’s a fresh and empowering twist on the timeless classic. it’s a high-energy, pop-infused spectacle that celebrate female empowerment, friendship and music that we all love.

Strategy and Execution

Our strategy for igniting excitement about the new Broadway musical? Tap into the Millennial and Gen-Z crowd by remixing the classic story of Romeo & Juliet. In our video, we tease a tantalizing concept: what if Juliet didn't die, but went on her own adventure? It's a fresh take on a timeless tale that's perfect for anyone looking for something new. This bite-sized intro is just a taste of what's in store for our audiences.

Results

Following the debut Broadway performance of & Juliet, this promotional video generated a surge of positive feedback across various online platforms and social media channels. Impressively, this video garnered nearly 50,000 likes on Instagram, received over 22,000 views on TikTok, and effectively generated a significant amount of buzz and interest in the exciting new Broadway show.
