Background & Project Overview 

Our customers do so many amazing things in their communities and we want to shine the spotlight on them! We want to hear all the stories about plumbers donating their time/services to charities, etc. This campaign is from a feel-good approach and gives our customers an opportunity to nominate others in their area doing remarkable things – with the theme of the campaign being "Giving Back to the Community.”  This will be an email and social campaign to include WYNG as the platform for plumbers to submit the experiences.  The main objective is customer engagement and UGC. Campaign will run from October 1 to Oct 31, with the “winner” being announced on or around Halloween.
