The goal of the campaign was to inspire millions of people across the United States to join the Inclusion Revolution by showing what happens when people experience their life-changing Special Olympics “Moment.” In addition, we sought to help educate the public that Special Olympics includes education programs across the United States that are sparking off the Inclusion Revolution. Currently, only 42% of the public are aware of these programs.
“The Moment” is a 10-month Always On campaign for Special Olympics Unified Champion Schools, consisting of powerful and thought-provoking Documentary Films, Social Cutdowns, Photography, Gifs and Cinemagraphs. This series created an infinite future of moments for the social media sphere, and turned into a national content initiative, where viewers sent in their own “moment” to Special Olympics.
In total, the Moment Series has had 1,169,668 video views views, reached 2,428,335 people, and had 22,556 engagements.
