Created out of an ugly design competition in 2013 between Swiss founders Jonas Nyffenegger and Sebastien Mathys, the resulting Instagram account with close to 220K+ followers, that is a non-stop, hilariously garish showcase. Featuring anything from sushi zip drives to a linked-sausage dog collar the site has attracted the attention of the design world including Apartment Therapy and Artsy in its ode to ugly and convention-breaking aesthetic, finding new fans in “alternative” design.
