VIEW CASE STUDY

To open Google up to a brand-new array of qualified candidates who'd be ready to take Google to the next level of innovation, we had to find unique ways to make the application process less stressful and encourage people to apply for the jobs they've always wanted.

Strategy and Execution

Google is a huge company full of wonderful opportunity, but that can be intimidating to some of even the most qualified candidates. Therefore, our strategy was to focus on humanizing Google and show them as they really are: fun, creative, and accessible to all.

To help potential employees find the right fit for them, we created a series of quirky "It Takes A Dream" motion graphic pieces that detailed the various departments at Google with a call to action for immediate application.

Our "Hardware" series of stylized motion assets introduced the division that makes the cool tech used and loved by millions. By letting people know that this field exists and is actively seeking creative minds, we helped connect Google to possible perfect matches.

We also brought job opportunities directly to users with our "Virtual Career Fair" pieces that directed audiences to a curated YouTube playlist full of important information about Google. The playlist also included helpful tips to kickstart their application process.

In the end, our fun and lively campaign helped connect Google to tons of qualified candidates.
