St. Regis uses social media to bring our brand platform, "Live Exquisite," to life for a global audience. In 2018 we wanted to extend our messaging even further and reach a new audience through social media that may not have been exposed to our content before.
We also wanted to showcase what makes our brand unique in a concise and cohesive way.
Our objectives for this campaign were to maximize reach and impressions of our brand to a new audience.
To meet our objective, St. Regis partnered with social media influencer Camila Coelho to create an engaging social video to be showcased on her social channels as well as ours.
With over 7.5M followers on Instagram, Camila Coelho is one of the most popular fashion and lifestyle influencers on the planet. Furthermore, we felt that she embodies the exquisite glamour of our brand and would be the perfect person to showcase our brand passions.
In order to maximize brand exposure through this partnership, we chose to create a video of "Exquisite Things, Exquisitely Presented." This video would show a complete day with Camila at The St. Regis Bal Harbour. From personalized Butler service to an elegant afternoon tea overlooking the turquoise water and white sands of Miami Beach, the video would showcase the best of St. Regis.
In addition to the full video, both St. Regis and Camila Coelho shared behind the scenes content from the shoot on Instagram Stories, driving hundreds of thousands of views.
This was a huge success for the brand in exposure to Camila's audience and impressions generated across our brand channels. The brand organically shared Instagram posts, Instagram Stories, Facebook posts, and a Youtube video generating over 171,000 impressions. Camila activated this campaign on her own channels generating over 267,000 views of the video and over 35,000 engagements. Amazingly, this huge exposure was generated with no paid social support at all.
This campaign proved to be a great success at gaining brand exposure to a new audience, and truly shows the power of showcasing brand passions through working with influencers.
