Addicted To Ink Snapchat Discover Edition

Objectives

To use the Discover platform creatively in order to entertain our audience, while providing them access to their favorite artists through personal interviews, and engaging them through interactivity.

Strategy and Execution

Tattoos and body art have been a popular topic among our Snapchat Discover audience since inception. In order to present this topic is a new, fun way - we mixed editorial, video, quiz formats, longform articles and animation to create a truly immersive, interactive and cohesive experience. We were able to seamlessly integrate celebrity interviews into our editorial and design, creating an intimate experience.

Results

The edition was successful in creating a fresh format, utilizing all of Discover's functionality. The edition reached more than 3.5 million unique viewers, who viewed more snaps and stayed significantly longer than our averages. It also utilized our celebrity interviews in a new, fresh way.
