Museum of Ice Cream was started on the premise of creating a safe and inclusive space under the theme of a universal and beloved treat: ice cream. Ice cream is a transportive pleasure that is unifying and universally savored. A product of our current global environment, one riddled and oversaturated with news of tragedy and misfortune, Museum of Ice Cream was born out of the objective to create an accessible space, powered by imagination, and equally enjoyed in both our physical environments and digitally (via social media). In our world, ice cream is the agent of change and the vehicle to ignite the creative spirit that lives in all of us. We lead with fun, design, community and inclusivity at our forefront and believe that the integration of a cohesive, safe, digital community is as valuable as the the accessible spaces we build IRL.

Strategy and Execution

Museum of Ice Cream is socially squared, fueled by the power of imagination. Museum of Ice Cream's Instagram uses the strategy of creating an inclusive and accessible community with the magic of ice cream at its helm. Our Instagram is an extension of our physical experience and fosters the same sense of unification as our physical environments. Whether it is posting about the importance of creating inclusive spaces for all races and gender identities OR reminding our audience of the importance of supporting small businesses in our local communities, we use our platform, one that is powered by a safe and accessible physical space, to perpetuate the same community digitally. We apply UGC content and work with a series of photographers, artists, content creators to create hyper visual content that has as much depth and substance in it visual qualities as it does it's copy writing.


In under 1.5 years, Museum of Ice Cream has opened 4 locations and employed 240+ people around the country. Museum of Ice Cream has amassed an instagram following of 295K organic followers, an organic reach of 280M and #musuemoficecream has an engagement number of 72M. We have been visited by over 500K+ people and have the likes of Beyonce, Kim Kardashian, Chance the Rapper, Gwen Stefani, Stephan Curry & many more both visit our spaces and POST images featuring their visit on their personal social accounts. In 2017, Museum of Ice Cream was named the world's 10th most Instagram Museum & our Founder was featured on Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
