Is Snap The Most Underrated Platform?

You can easily dismiss this idea and opt to highlight Substack, Reddit, Inc., LinkedIn or even go further off the board. But there’s an organic reach factor to Snap that makes it interesting. Ian Shepherd writes a great and honest assessment (Read it here). To add to it, our first episode of the podcast was with a creator that made millions zigging over to Snap Inc. when others were focused elsewhere. If this is a place where a creator can stand out and grow the most right now (because it’s less crowded) there’s both a measured and immeasurable value to that.

What to Expect at VidCon

Universal contracts for creators?

There are a couple common threads popping up in multiple upcoming podcasts to note. There is too much nuance to expect a ubiquitous version of LegalZoom to pop up in the creator economy but if the collective we could even get 80% of the back and forth agreed upon at the jump — that would go a long way toward speed, efficiency and transparency. The Creators Guild of America seems best suited.
