Indeed - The Interview Game

Objectives

The goal of Indeed’s The Interview Game series is to transform the typically stressful job interview preparation process into a lighthearted and informative tutorial on successfully securing job offers. The central theme of this three-episode program focuses on using behavior-based questioning techniques in a funky and retro-chic gameshow environment.

Strategy and Execution

Our goals were to increase overall channel watch time and help improve discovery and to help job-seekers during the job-search process. We created The Interview Game to help build stronger relationships with job-seekers–creating content that would not only help them in their search for a job but also help them prepare for pivotal next steps within the hard-to-navigate interview process

Results

The Interview game garnered nearly 20,000 hours of watch time and a click-thru rate that performed 107% better than channel benchmarks. Additionally, the series brought in well over 3,000 new subscribers, despite it being brand new to the channel.
