Courtney Betley is a Creative Director, writer, and university lecturer with more than 17 years of experience in the ad biz. From hot dogs to hospitals, she’s worked in practically every category and medium imaginable, creating award-winning work for the likes of Wiener Nationals, California Avocado, Hilton, DOLE, and CHOC Children's, to name a few. By using empathy and curiosity as her core tenants, she’s connected with audiences in a meaningful way that leads to long-lasting brand relationships and record-breaking sales, most recently for Wienerschnitzel and Kia USA. In addition to the day to day of leading her amazing team, she’s a fierce champion of diverse voices and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and INNclusion Council.
