Objective

Amplify Pledge mobilizes individuals, organizations, and brands to advance social change through content. Founded by cultural strategist and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree Dillon St. Bernard, the initiative began with the Webby Award-winning "Young People Address the Nation" project in 2021, which addressed a forecasted need for deeper investment in youth civic engagement. This project evolved into an accelerator for campaign organizing, known as Amplify Pledge. In 2024, the youth of color-led team of changemakers expanded into a membership network at the intersection of media, culture, and social change. Strategy

Amplify Pledge is a dynamic network rooted in recognizing the power of digital media as a tool for social change. Amplify Pledge emerged from the pressing need for stronger communication and connection across social movements, with a vision to bring activists and allies together and enhance the accessibility of critical information and rapid response messaging needs.  

Founded by Dillon St. Bernard, an award-winning expert in digital organizing, and journalism, this vibrant network has expanded to encompass a diverse collective of individuals, organizations, and brands. Together, we are dedicated to elevating the discourse around social change and ensuring that the online call for change is not just amplified but impossible to ignore.  

Amplify Pledge was seeded after Dillon reflected on his experience leading coalition work for movements that have mobilized over 1 million people in the streets and work with over 50 organizations. In retrospective, what Dillon was missing for every movement and client was the infrastructure to expand reach.

Results

Our flagship campaign has reached over 150,000 young people and adult allies on social media.
