Objectives

Exclusive documentary to show Cracolândia in a way unlike anything you've ever seen We accompany families looking for relatives in an area dominated by organized crime and with the highest consumption of crack in Brazil, which is located in the center of the city of São Paulo, the largest in South America. They are dramatic stories, but above all about love and resilience.

Strategy and Execution

First our reporters spent 2 months going to Cracolandia daily to meet users and connect with families. in a second moment, we went to know the drama of the families, using a very direct language to create this proximity with the public.

Results

We managed to impact the public by showing the other side of the stories of crack users. The families of these people suffer even more than the addicts themselves. Viewers had access to a broad approach on the topic: what is cracolândia, user profile, how the families of these people live, what to do to alleviate the problem
