For our brand refresh, we aimed to reintroduce Braze in a way that truly reflects our innovation, creativity, and leadership within the industry. As we cater to marketers—many of whom represent the world’s most forward-thinking brands—our redesigned website goes beyond just enhancing our visual and verbal identity. It is also focused on optimizing the user experience, driving measurable results, and reinforcing the values that set us apart in the market.
Our new tagline, “Be Absolutely Engaging,” carries a powerful dual meaning. It’s a call for marketers to bring their most engaging selves to the table and leverage every tool and channel to do so. At Braze, we believe we’re the ultimate solution, offering the broadest mix of marketing channels to help marketers thrive.
We completely overhauled our messaging, leading with joy instead of jargon. We spoke directly to marketers, addressing their needs with statements like, “There’s never been a better time to be a better marketer,” reminding them that “customers don’t have campaigns, they have conversations,” and challenging them to “never be on fewer channels than their customers” and to “never take churn for an answer.”
We also gave our visuals a modern, vibrant refresh. Starting with our wordmark, followed by a more simplified and intensified color palette and gradient set, all of which remain inspired by the brazing process that gave our company its name.
In addition, we introduced a new design language, incorporating supergraphics derived from our wordmark, which now flow throughout the entire design system. Our photography style has also evolved, highlighting customers winning with Braze and showcasing the elevated brand experiences our customers deliver to their end users.
