The CEO Training Program crafted by Compliance and Quality Assurance (CAQA) for RTO personnel is meticulously designed to empower leaders with a comprehensive understanding and practical acumen in the VET Sector. The core objectives of the course are as follows:

Needs Assessment: The course begins with a thorough needs assessment to identify the specific areas where CEOs and RTO personnel require enhancement in terms of knowledge, skills, and understanding of the regulatory landscape.

Learning Objectives:

To provide an in-depth knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Sector, its structure, and the critical role it plays in the educational landscape.
To develop a robust understanding of the legislative framework and regulatory environment, including the latest compliance obligations and guidelines.
To ensure clarity on the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and its implications for curriculum development and delivery.
To educate about the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) standards, requirements, and processes to maintain high-quality training and compliance.
To familiarize participants with various Training Packages and how they should be effectively implemented and assessed within RTOs.
