Ultimately, guests come to expand upon the “bars” set or shared through their creative work, while also leaving viewers with “nuggets” of stories, advice, and connection that they can digest and apply to their own life journey.
With each guest and episode, we aim to deliver an immersive storytelling experience for both the fans on set and those watching from home on the Amazon Music app or our YouTube channel.

2023 guests of the podcasts included musicians such as Offset who revealed that his single, Say My Grace, was the song that restored his love for music after the passing of his former group member; in addition to athletes such as Javale McGee who spoke publicly for the first time about his relationship with his father; and also actors such as Jharrel Jerome who spoke for the first time about taking on a role in the Spiderverse franchise.
